Is Tony and Ziva worth watching?

I loved the original NCIS, especially the seasons with Ziva. Of all the women special agents, I felt she was the best. Of course, it goes without saying that when Abby left, her replacement was a huge letdown.

So when I saw the new NCIS spinoff named NCIS: Tony and Ziva, I was excited to see it. OMG, what a disappointment! I tried it for 3 episodes, thinking that maybe they were just giving us a lot of backstory.

I was wrong. This TV series has very little imagination. Mediocre writing and haphazard acting. I won''t put a lot of the blame on the acting anywhere but the writing. It''s derivative and outright boring.

I stopped after 3 episodes and won''t be coming back.
